Since switching his programming to Semi-Private Pro, Renier has been able to
delegate programming and on-floor coaching to other coaches, who are now able to coach his semi-private clients very effectively even when he isn’t there.
Renier now coaches 10 hours less each week, time he can now spend on other areas of the business that need attention, he explained.
He credits Semi-Private Pro, and specifically the Movement Matrix, for this.
How it works: When a new client comes in, they go through an assessment—a body mapping phase—and they receive scores between -3 all the way to +3 on all of the relevant movement patterns.
These scores then determine which specific exercises (regressions and progressions) in every movement pattern are best for that client.
Then, when the master training program is uploaded into the app, clients’ individual programs are automatically populated into the app with their specific training program based on where they are at on the movement matrix.
Worth noting: With that being said, the app does not take the human touch out of the equation, Renier explained. At any given time, a coach can step in and make changes on the fly if, for example, a client is experiencing pain or an injury, and these changes are instantly made in the client’s app view, as well.
The big picture: Ultimately, Semi-Private Pro has allowed Renier the ability to delegate the training “knowing that the coaches can fulfill at a high level, the clients are going to have a great experience, and I can work on other areas of the business.”
